Before any workflows are automated, we map how work actually moves through the firm, across three layers: knowledge, tools, and workflows. We find where time disappears, where decisions stall, and where manual effort piles up.
We quantify the cost, rank every opportunity by impact and effort, and produce a sequenced Build roadmap: Foundation plus one Module per structural pattern, in priority order, costed. The engagement ends with a delivery call where we run a live working skill against the firm's real data.

AIOS Build

Build 1 delivers two things: the Foundation and the first workflow Module. The Foundation is the firm's vault built and configured, knowledge ingested, tools connected, and the memory system live. Every Build after that adds one workflow: fixed-price, fixed-scope, ends with something working.
The Foundation is built once. Every Module after that runs on top of it. A typical firm runs Foundation plus three Modules over six months, then continues on retainer.
Everything we build, you own. Local files, no SaaS dependency. Stop working with us tomorrow and the entire system stays with your firm.
